Renoasis Engineering is a structural consulting practice focused on the assessment, investigation, and rehabilitation of existing buildings, with an emphasis on masonry and heritage structures.
Our work is centered on buildings where structural behaviour is not immediately clear and requires investigation, judgment, and practical experience.
We provide clear, practical engineering guidance for projects involving structural deterioration, investigation, modification, and rehabilitation.
We are typically engaged on projects involving existing structures, masonry systems, and conditions requiring detailed assessment and engineering judgment.
Our work supports renovation and alteration projects, adaptive reuse, insurance-related investigations, and long-term maintenance planning.
We prioritize understanding the problem fully before defining the solution, with an emphasis on practical recommendations and buildable outcomes.
